KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 5 (Bernama) — The ringgit opened almost flat against the US dollar Thursday on mild buying interest, dealers said. At 9 am, the local unit was little changed against the greenback at 3.4170/4200 from 3.4150/4200 yesterday.
